Our Mamma’s Baked Lasagna has been a staple at our table since we opened in 1964, so to honor our already life-long tradition, we decided to highlight our lasagna in another way… breaded and fried, of course!
Nathan Markham, owner and husband to Erin Markham (her grandfather opened our doors all those years ago), finally took the plunge and cooked up a starter dish that is honestly a little difficult to only eat one of. When we asked Mr. Markham, “But did you really fry the lasagna?” He responded with a simple, “Oh yes, I did!”
